EQUIPMENT CARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

EQUIPMENT CARE PROGRAM

We at INTEGRITY AIR have thought long and hard to provide a maintenance program that we could be proud of, one that truly benefits the client and equipment. We have noticed many companies charging for maintenance but not really achieving what they are promising, and we wanted to stand out from the pack, providing world class service to our clients. We finally created a program that not only helps prevent air conditioning and heating failures, but helps HVAC system efficiency along with longevity, and on top of that benefits the customer to do so. Our program includes 2 visits per year by a qualified air conditioning and heating specialist who takes pride in their work, and cares for your home and equipment, includes 2 filter changes per year with a quality pleated filter for proper air filtration and flow, in addition to the services listed below. Included in the agreement is our well above industry standard 5YEAR parts and labor warranty on parts replace and repairs performed, as long as recommendations are addressed. There are some exceptions, please read at bottom of page

SPRING VISIT

1) TESTING

-refrigerant levels (proper refrigerant charge ensures efficiency, and helps prevent compressor failures, and water damage from freeze ups)

-super heat (preventing compressor failures due to lack of or too much supernheat, ensures proper efficiency)

-Subcooling (ensures proper efficiency, prevents compressor failure due to lack of or too much liquid refrigerant)

-condenser fan motor amperage (confirms proper system efficiency, helps prevent future compressor failure, helps prevent damage due to overheated motor)

-condenser fan motor capacitor (helps prevent failure of fan motor during heat wave, protects compressor from overheating and failing and causing more problems, ensures efficiency of system)

-compressor amperage ( helps prevent failure during heat wave, burnout that can be a very costly repair, efficiency of system)

-compressor capacitor (helps prevent failure during heat wave, ensures system efficiency)

*if a compressor has a low microfarad reading on capacitor, it wil cause a compressor to overamp, resulting in a less efficient system and a harder working compressor which can turn into a failure

-contactor contacts (preventing future failure during a heat wave, ensures efficiency of system, prevents other costly issues)

-condenser electrical wiring ( helps prevent costly repairs, ensures efficiency, helps prevent electrical damage from occurring)

-blower amperage ( ensures efficiency, helps prevent failure during heat wave)

-blower capacitor

-FAU static pressure (ensures proper system performance and efficiency)

-condenser performance (ensures efficiency and effectiveness of system)

-blower control board

-evaporator performance (ensures proper system efficiency)

-supply air temperature (ensures proper system performance and efficiency)

-return air temperature (ensures proper system performance and efficiency)

2) INSPECTING

-evaporator drain pan

-condenser base

-FAU platform

-drain lines

-Electrical compartment

-electrical disconnect

-condenser coil

-refrigerant piping

-Condenser fan motor

-blower motor

-contactor

-condenser fan motor capacitor

-compressor capacitor

-blower capacitor

-blower control module

-evaporator coil

-refrigerant insulation

-ventilation insulation

-evaporator security and levelness

-condenser secureness and levelness

3) CLEANING

-evaporator coil

-condenser coil

-condenser electrical compartment

-contactor

-electrical disconnect

-flushing evaporator drain lines

-condensing unit

-FAU platform

-blower control board

-blower motor

-blower wheel

-return air register

4)REPAIRS (repairs only included while maintenance is being performed. And are noticeable issues)

-wiring connectors

-drain line piping

-wire damage in condenser electrical compartment

-

ALL THIS FOR JUST $25 PER MONTH ON OLDER SYSTEMS OR $19 PER MONTH ON SYSTEMS WE RECENTLY INSTALLED

EXCEPTIONS:

-refrigerant leak repairs warranty only covers actual leak repair location

-recommendations will need to be addressed for warranty to be fulfilled as every component requires a properly working system according to manufacturer specifications otherwise problems may occur to equipment, and due to the improperly working system we can not warranty a part, that as a result may become damaged or inoperable

-any new failure, leak, or other issue with the air conditioning, heating, ventilation equipment existing components are not warrantied
